Global Centre for Youth Development (GCYD)

The younger generation is our future pillar. They are a most energetic group and have the greatest potential to lead the future development of the society. The Hong Kong Management Association's Global Centre for Youth Development (GCYD) is to help young people develop social, emotional and cognitive competencies, and prepare them to meet the challenges and achieve their full potential.

GCYD offers essential business and career development knowledge to students studying of post-secondary institutions, and secondary schools in senior forms through various activities, competitions and field trips. It also exposes students to the abundance of opportunities in the real world through connecting them with industries and top universities worldwide.
